I took over the family estate in 2007. It covers 7 ha and includes 2 white grape varieties (Melon de Bourgogne and Folle Blanche) and 2 red grape varieties (Pinot Noir and Egiodola).
In 2016, I vinified my first vintage without sulfite added which gave birth to the cuvées Melon Blanc and Pinot Noir.
In 2017, I started the conversion of the vineyard to organic production and all my wines are vinified without any input or sulfite.
All this process of cultivation and natural vinification aims to convey in my wines all the richness and diversity of my terroirs and my grape varieties.
